Research Program: Meet Our Staff

Tracy holds her nursing degree from the University of Pittsburgh Nursing and is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRP) since 1997. Experienced in a variety of clinical trial aspects from protocol development to clinical trial execution in addition to bridging the gap from translational bench research to clinical trials.

Amber obtained her Bachelor of science in Community Health and Psychology from Salisbury University and a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Health Care Administration from the University of Arizona. She is currently a Research Coordinator in the Department of Perioperative Medicine engaged in several ongoing clinical research projects spanning regulatory compliance, initiation and maintenance of clinical protocols, and supporting overall clinical research objectives.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. Currently is in the IRTA postbaccalaureate program doing basic science research using in situ hybridization to stain for various pain related genes in the human DRG. With a plan to continue with research and pursue a graduate degree in the neuroscience field within the next few years.

Dr. Taichi Goto is a Research fellow with the Dr. Saligan laboratory at the National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR). He obtained his PhD in health sciences and nursing from the University of Tokyo in 2018. His research interest is underlying mechanisms and identifying biomarkers of wound pain and wound healing to help develop appropriate interventions.
