The Clinical Center Information Technology Center (ITC) provides NIH Clinical Center employees with the latest technologies supporting the creation of posters and presentations for conferences and annual meetings as part of clinical research and patient care. Our facility is equipped with PC’s and Mac’s for your convenience.
We are open three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm. To schedule your appointment please call 301-402-6301. The ITC is located on the basement level of Building 10, Clinical Center (B1S-235).
Prior to arriving for your appointment, please add your poster to the following shared drive below:

Note the following:
- You are still required to be present for your appointment to ensure there are no additional changes that are needed before printing.
- Make sure that one of the sizes of your poster is 36 inches or 42 inches.
- All posters should be formatted as a PowerPoint or PDF document.
