Taste and Smell Differences in Obese Versus Non-Obese Individuals
Investigators at The National Institutes of Health are conducting a research study to understand taste and smell alterations and how they differ in obese versus non-obese individuals.
Study Design:
- A total of three outpatient visits
- One screening visit and two study visits
- All study related tests provided at no charge
Volunteers Needed:
- Between ages 18 to 65
- Do not have Type 2 diabetes
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Do not drink alcohol regularly
- Seven drinks or more per week for women; 14 or more drinks per week for men
- Do not currently smoke or use illegal substance
Participants will be compensated
