Adults with recurrent glioblastoma may qualify for a research study at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) evaluating LMP744, an investigational drug that has been given orphan drug designation for treatment of gliomas by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This study is being conducted to learn more about the drug's safety and treatment effects short and long-term.
What to Expect
- Medical history review
- Physical examinations
- Imaging and laboratory assessments
- Initial visit/stay at the clinical center for up to 2 weeks
You May Be Eligible If You
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have recurrent glioblastoma
- Are a candidate for surgery
