Johanne Alerte-Reyes
Biosketch
Johanne Alerte-Reyes is the Chief of the Office of Hospital Administrative Support (OHAS). Johanne has a strong mission-driven background, beginning her career at the UN in 2007 and later working for the Foreign Agricultural Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture from 2011 to 2019. She then joined the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) at HHS, where she held various leadership roles, including Executive Officer and Director, Business Operations. Recently, she served as Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives, achieving significant improvements in onboarding processes and operational tracking.
Originally from Los Angeles and raised in Montreal, Canada, Johanne earned her BA in Sociology from Concordia University and her MA in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University. She also holds a Corporate Communication certification from Cornell University.
