Dr. Lubrant is originally from Decatur, GA, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA (Go Dawgs!). She then attended medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. She competed her Integrated Interventional Radiology residency at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. She is passionate about physician and patient wellness and quality improvement.
