Dr. Arlene Sirajuddin is subspecialty trained in cardiothoracic radiology and her areas of interest include pulmonary lymphoproliferative disease, interstitial lung disease, and nonischemic cardiomyopathies.

Dr. Sirajuddin earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at the Cleveland Clinic. She spent a year as a clinical fellow and instructor at the University of Maryland where she received subspecialty training in cardiothoracic radiology as well as a year at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute for additional training and experience in cardiac MRI and CT.

She is an expert in the imaging of thoracic and cardiac diseases. Her areas of interest include pulmonary lymphoproliferative disease, interstitial lung disease, and nonischemic cardiomyopathies.

She joined the Radiology and Imaging Sciences Department at the NIH Clinical Center in 2021.
