Nancy Holmfeld, a registered health information administrator, staffs the new satellite desk for the Health Information Management Department on the NIH Clinical Center P1 level.
Patients can now drop off requests for the release of medical information, ask for assistance with the completion of the release of medical information forms and pick up previously requested copies of medical records at the desk, which is open from 11 am to 3 pm, Monday-Friday inside the entrance to the P1 patient parking garage.
